TASTING & WALK-IN MENU
At Terroir our menu is dictated by what is available around us seasonally which can change from week to week, this means our menu will be constantly evolving depending on what our local farm is growing that week, what our fishermen have caught, what we can forage from the local area and how aged our meat is as we butcher and dry-age all our ethically raised meat ourselves. For this reason there is no menu presented at the table.
Our team of chef’s headed up by Jesse Wells, have created a tasting menu cooked over open fire offering exceptional flavours whilst keeping locality, seasonality and planet positivity at the forefront of food.
We are open Wednesday-Saturdays. Each evening we offer our main 10 course tasting menu for £100 per person or a 6 course Tasting menu for £65 per person. This menu will include meat & fish dishes however we can offer a vegetarian or pescatarian menu with notice upon booking. If you are after a lighter meal we also offer a 4 course tasting menu for £45 per person Wednesday & Thursday evenings as well as lunchtime Fridays & Saturdays.
Below is a sample Menu to give you an idea of the food that we serve. This is subject to change for all of the above reasons! For Walk-In’s we do have a small plates menu so you can pop in and order a few dishes and some drinks for a more casual light bite!
We also offer a mixed drinks pairing for the 10-Course for £50 per person, or £30 per person for the 4 course. Alternatively we offer a non-alcoholic pairing for the 10 course at £30 or £18 for the 4 course. Just pop a note on your booking or order on the night!
