Schonburger, an early ripening grape that originated in Germany is now highly favoured by vineyards across the South of England. Danebury Vineyard uses it to create a delightfully aromatic and fresh white wine, with a distinct zestiness and notes of apples and  honeydew melon. This wine is crisp, super clean and slightly off-dry making it a perfect accompaniment to any of our seafood dishes.
