LITTLE WADDON REGENT
“From Grape to Glass” - Little Waddon vineyard is located just 40 miles away from the restaurant, nestled between the Dorset Downs and the historical Jurassic Coast. This vineyard benefits from its own unique microclimate, making it perfect for producing organic, low-inverention, biodynamic wines just bursting with flavour. Little Waddon sits on Kimmeridgian clay soil, famous for being the same soil used in France's Champagne region. This, combined with high light-levels and sea breezes proves this Coastal red is really something special. Tasting notes of juicy blackcurrant and rich red fruits are topped off with a long, slightly spicy finish. Pair this one with our dry-aged duck.
