We are an eco-aware restaurant offering a tasting menu with a big nod to doing what we can to eliminate waste, chemicals and unnecessary carbon trails. It’s all about preserving & enhancing what we have on earth. Our dishes are inspired by worldwide cuisine but are made from completely British ingredients that we make or grow ourselves, forage from the local area or source from the most ethical places around the UK.
We were lucky enough to have been awarded a MICHELIN Green Star in the 2022 and 2023 MICHELIN Guide for both the quality of food we serve and our efforts towards sustainability.
